We offer a range of solutions designed to meet your needs—whether you're just getting started or scaling something bigger. Everything is tailored to help you move forward with clarity and confidence.

Activities may include sports and movement games, arts and crafts, team-building challenges, playground time, board games, collaborative projects, and student-choice activities. Our STAR-BASE Curriculum uses each activity as an opportunity to develop belonging, independence, skills, and meaningful experiences.

Children begin with check-in, handwashing, a snack, and homework or quiet activity time. The group then discusses the life skill of the day before rotating through structured activities such as sports, arts and crafts, team-building games, and supervised play. The afternoon ends with an extended activity, cool-down, and dismissal.

All Coaches and Directors complete background checks before working in the program. Staff members complete annual training and maintain current CPR and First Aid certification. Texas SuperStars uses secure sign-out procedures, established emergency plans, and regular staff observations and evaluations. Although state minimum standards permit a 25:1 ratio, SuperStars programs typically average approximately 9 to 12 children per staff member.

Our coaches use clear expectations, positive reinforcement, redirection, and age-appropriate consequences to help children make better choices. We work with families when behavior concerns arise and treat challenges as opportunities to practice respect, responsibility, resilience, and other life skills. Personal electronics should remain stored during program hours so children can stay active, engaged, and connected with others.
